A reflexology diagram describes how the reflexology zones are related to the various body parts. For example:
Fingers and Thumb are related to: the head, neck, brain, sinus, pituitary, thyroid, eyes, ears, and shoulder muscles. Beginning and ending points of six meridians.
Palm is related to: bronchioles, lungs, spleen, liver, gall bladder, kidney, pancreas, shoulder and arm joints, muscles, and ligaments.
Thenar Eminence is related: heart, adrenal glands. Along with the outside of the thumb, represents the spinal column.
Wrist is related: pelvic bones, joints, and muscles, including the sciatic nerves.
